Pizza on Keto ??!!
Ingredients:
- Thinly sliced cottage cheese(Paneer)
- A cup of almond flour
- 1.5 tablespoon of melted butter
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Some sage and basil leaves
- 2 eggs
Recipe:
- Prepare your baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
- Take a bowl and crack the 2 eggs into it. Add 1.5 tablespoon of melted butter in it and whisk well.
- Take a separate bowl and add 1 cup of almond flour, finely chopped garlic and a dash of salt and mix well.
- Then add the mixture of dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold to combine.
- Now, roll this dough and place it carefully on your baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes on a preheated oven.
- Remove the pizza from oven and top it with sliced cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese. Also add some sage and basil on the top.
- Add some additional salt if required.
- Bake for another 6-7 mins and finally your keto pizza is ready to serve.
