Pizza on Keto ??!!

 



      Ingredients:    

    • Thinly sliced cottage cheese(Paneer)
    • A cup of almond flour
    • 1.5 tablespoon of melted butter
    • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • Salt to taste 
    • Some sage and basil leaves
    • 2 eggs                              
       
          Recipe:
                
    1. Prepare your baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
    2. Take a bowl and crack the 2 eggs into it. Add 1.5 tablespoon of melted butter in it and whisk well.
    3. Take a separate bowl and add 1 cup of almond flour, finely chopped garlic and a dash of salt and mix well.
    4. Then add the mixture of dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold to combine.
    5. Now, roll this dough and place it carefully on your baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes on a preheated oven.
    6. Remove the pizza from oven and top it with sliced cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese. Also add some sage and basil on the top.
    7. Add some additional salt if required. 
    8. Bake for another 6-7 mins and finally your keto pizza is ready to serve.
